Questions people actually ask
- What happens to my brands if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every project and can still open, edit and export each one — the limit only applies when you create a new brand. Come back to Studio and the cap lifts again.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on any paid plan, once per account, and no card is taken. If you do nothing when it ends, you return to Solo rather than being charged.
- How do I cancel?
- From Plan & billing, in one click. Your plan stays active until the period you already paid for runs out, and you can undo the cancellation any time before that.
- Where is my data?
- Your account, subscription and invoices sit on the server. Brand projects are stored in your browser, which is why every export format is available to every plan — your work is never held hostage.
